| List of Contents |
This easy-to-read manual has numerous topics regarding ADHD written in one to two page sections. The manual emphasizes the strengths of those who are ADHD and offers many easy-to-use strategies. Take-Home Testing Manual
| List of Contents |
This manual can be useful to both professionals, individuals, and families who are concerned with the possibility of ADD/ADHD in a child or adult.
Professionals can use the manual’s materials to evaluate the suspected ADHD (both ADD and ADHD) client. There is a screening checklist for ADHD that is based on the DSM-IV and helps evaluate both the type of ADHD and its severity. Other questionnaires and checklists help the professional evaluate all the problems that could look like ADHD or are occurring in conjunction with ADHD. After an extensive interview with the client, the professional can summarize the results in a letter to the client’s psychiatrist or pediatrician who works with ADHD, along with a copy of the collected data to get a quick confirmation of the suspected diagnosis.
Families that do not have access to a psychologist who specializes in testing for ADHD or families with limited financial resources can complete all the forms in the manual and take the completed manual to a psychiatrist for immediate diagnosis and development of a treatment plan.
DVDs
Due to the requests of many people who have attended her workshops and asked for a means of taking the workshop home with them, Susan has produced a video series of actual workshop sessions.
We are pleased to currently offer DVDs of five of some of her most popular workshops. These are videos of actual workshops, filmed during the presentations and then professionally edited. So, if you want to review a workshop you’ve attended with a neighbor or a teacher or you can't attend a workshop in person, we offer these DVDs as the next-best thing to being there.
Each DVD sells for $30 including tax, shipping and handling where applicable.
